Submit a News Story to JURIST

If you’re a law student from any law school around the world, we welcome you to file a legal news story with JURIST for possible publication. Stories should focus on a current legal news event (preferably but not necessarily taking place in your region) and should be between 300 and 500 words, written in the style of JURIST legal news stories. Check here for examples.

If your story is selected for publication, you will be notified and your story will be published under your byline (name and law school affiliation). You may also have the opportunity to join the JURIST staff or continue contributing in the future.

Please feel free to send any questions or comments to JURIST’s Executive Editor, Jaclyn Belczyk, at jbelczyk@jurist.org. We look forward to receiving and reviewing your story!

JURIST is committed to a policy of non-discrimination. We encourage diversity in background and thought and are committed to creating an inclusive environment.
