Franchot, et al., US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, July 15, 2009 [holding that Maryland alcohol price regulations violate federal antitrust laws, thus upholding their 2001 ruling that state pricing schemes for liquor and wine wholesalers restrain trade and constitute horizontal price fixing under the Sherman Antitrust Act].
