Federal judge stays ruling in employment discrimination suit against UPS

[JURIST] US District Judge Thelton Henderson has stayed his own ruling that UPS violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by barring deaf and hearing-impaired workers from driving delivery trucks. After handing down his opinion in October, Henderson had given the company 30 days to change its policies, but Henderson has now issued a stay so that UPS can appeal to the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals.
