NewsState Union of Serbia and Montenegro dissolves
On June 3, 2006, the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro formerly dissolved with the latter's declaration of independence. After the dissolution of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 2003, Serbia and Montenegro was born as a union of the only nations that had not departed the Yugoslav federation. US Supreme Court ruled first federal child labor law unconstitutional
On June 3, 1918, the US Supreme Court ruled in Hammer v. Dagenhart that the first federal child labor law, the Keating-Owen Child Labor Act, was unconstitutional, falling outside the scope of Congressional authority under the Commerce Clause.
