New York immigrant files early challenge to Trump administration decision to end DACA

A 26-year-old Mexican immigrant in New York has amended his ongoing lawsuit [complaint, PDF] against the US government to challenge the Trump administration’s decision to end the Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program [JURIST report]. Crackdowns on immigration have been a controversial part of Trump’s presidency.
