Six suspects - Asiedu, Hussein Osman, Muktar Said Ibrahim, Yassin Omar, Ramzi Mohamed, and Adel Yahya - went on trial [JURIST report] in 2006. The jury failed to reach a verdict against Asideu [JURIST report]; his re-trial was scheduled to begin Monday. Instead, he will be sentenced November 19 and faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
