[JURIST] The White House is expected to approve 70 changes proposed by the Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction [official website] after a three-month investigation by the National Security Council which will be made public Wednesday. The recommendations were outlined in a report [PDF] issued by the commission in March [JURIST report] which denounced the intelligence community's assertion that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction as "one of the most public - and most damaging - intelligence failures in recent American history."
