Ghana arrests suspects in election sabotage plan Kate Heneroty at 10:36 AM ET [JURIST] Authorities in Ghana have arrested 7 people believed to be plotting the overthrow of President John Kufuor (official biography). The suspects are former and current members of the military and the plan allegedly included sabotaging the upcoming presidential election.
