200+ votes nullified in Ohio

[JURIST] [JURIST Election Special] Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell has nullified 233 punch card votes after a poll worker, attempting to relieve voting congestion, took a punch machine from Precinct 3B for his Precinct 3A voters. The ballots for the two precints are different however, with different candidates at the top of the ballot in each precinct. Jake Fashner, a spokesman for Blackwell, said that copies of the ballots would be used for local tax issues; none of the candidate votes will count. The Dayton Daily News (registered site) has more.
