Eleventh Circuit orders trial in FL electronic voting lawsuit Matt Lubniewski at 1:12 PM ET The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals Monday reinstituted a lawsuit that sought to mandate a paper trail for electronic voting machines in Florida. The lawsuit, filed by Robert Wexler, a Florida congressman, was initially denied jurisdiction by a federal district court. The Eleventh Circuit vacated that decision, and remanded for a determination on the merits. Link |
