[JURIST] A spokesman for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia told the Kuwaiti News Agency [KUNA report] Saturday that a tribunal has to be established to try Iraqi officials responsible for war crimes committed by the regime, and that the UN Security Council would issue a decision similar to the one that resulted in the creation of the ICTY.

Columbia Law School [official website] hosted a debate on affirmative action in higher education Friday evening featuring John McGinnis of Northwestern University School of Law and Elsie Boddie of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. The Columbia Daily Spectator reports.

Montie Deer of the University of Tulsa College of Law [official website] spoke Friday at Tulsa on the law of Indian gaming. Tulsa Law has streaming video of his lecture.
