Enemy combatants ruling

[JURIST] Read Wednesday's US Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Hamdi v. Rumsfeld [PDF opinion], holding that the United States government has properly detained an American citizen captured with Taliban forces in Afghanistan by declaring him an enemy combatant and denying him an attorney.
