United Nations Convention on Cluster Munitions, United Nations, ratified by the 30th country February 16, 2010 and scheduled to enter into force August 1, 2010 [banning the use, development, and production of cluster munitions; prescribing particular disposal/destruction methods for cluster munitions already in existence; providing for victims' rights; outlining expectations of the international community; and governing implementation of and compliance with the above].
